Proof of Rain Barrel

I installed it a few weeks ago^*, because I wanted to take advantage of the spring rains. I had no idea this much had fallen last week, but to be honest, we do have a big flat roof gathering the water.

There's still muck from the cypress getting in there, but there's not much I can do about that. I've made a very experimental leaf guard on the roof, but it's far too big to hold these small bits out. I hope it doesn't affect the water quality.
