Triganda Gothic and Fantasy Fair
Oct. 25th, 2004 12:16 pmWhoa what a rush. The Triganda Gothic and Fantasy Fair was actually pretty good. I had a lot of fun there - communicating with customers, lobbying around with the other standholders, listening to Faun and Omnia doing their thing.
Saturday was pretty good already, selling both gothic cloaks I had; black velvet lined with dark red or purple polyester. They were almost a hundred euros each, and I both sold them on Saturday. A reason to celebrate, I thought.
I danced to Omnia and Faun, spoke with the Chzech smithy, bought a very nice a-symmetrical cloak clasp there. Ukko's supplied me with mead, and a nice horn cup to drink it from. And I bought a nice little trinket for my mother.
On Saturday I decided I really didn't want to sell that moss-green wool cloak, and with finding the clasp, I took it from the rack and claimed it as mine. I have a cloak in fleece, that exact same colour, but a special in december guarantees I will need a cloak that's warmer than this fleece flimsy that isn't even wind- or waterproof. For october, it's fine, but not for December.
Sunday I convinced NoKey to come too, but he appeared to have less of a blast than me. Nevertheless we did enjoy Omnia together, and it wasn't a complete waste of day for him since he got some inspiration forboinking me totally senseless nice skirts I believe.
There could have been more larpers around, but sales were still good and I had a load of fun there. Next year, who knows?
