About a book

I'm a bit slow at this, but here's my list of books from the BBC's Big Read

I would also like to point out that just because I haven't read all of the MAJOR titles on this list, doesn't mean I haven't read any good literature. Think of Dutch literature: Eline Vere, Bint (Bordewijk), Giphart, De Kleine Johannes...the list goes on and on...

And one last remark: there's no SHAKESPEARE on this list. I loved Hamlet and the Merchant of Venice. I'd also like to see "A dry white season" by Andre Brink and "Love story" by Erich Segal on this list. Good books. Very good books.

I'm a working girl ...

I've been busy today. When I finally found out what I had to have been doing. And it was quite fun too, writing short news reports for Singles Magazine, and finding pics to go with it.

Now I have to write a concept or two for articles. First, to orientate. Then, write concept.

Tonight: print change-of-address cards, print stuff for the Feeks. Pack last stuff, stereo and computer.

I'm off. Work to do.
