At my mom's house

Yesterday was parent's day at college. Dad was there, with a very long face, but at the end of the afternoon he even looked a bit cheerful. My mother thought it was great.

The day started with a little church-singing, then there was a journalism-talky talky, and then we had a little chat with the class-mentor. He showed our week-projects, our project-week-paper, and was very proud of us. He glowed at the 'award-ceremony'. He was SO proud of us. It was really great.

The end of the project-week was so rewarding. Being in one classroom with eachother has brought Lieneke, Simon, Dennis and me closer. Stress binds us...and laughing about strings ofcourse.

We had an evaluation yesterday. Dennis, the leader of the project was a bit late, and when he entered he glowed as he received an applause :) Truth be told, he did a great job, and he deserved it. I think he's still glowing with pride.

Well, so am I...

Portfolio

This darn...%^$#$^ portfolio, I think I'll never get it done. I've tried to work some more on it. I finished the 'best-mediocre-worst' assignment, but I think it'll cost me a lot of trouble to get it done in a journalistically justified way. I'll just check TommyCee's site to see how she's been doing. I bet we all have the troubles with the portfolio.

I've been listening to a cd from Acda &de Munnik, a dutch group, and I like the band a lot. The song "Lopen tot de Zon Opkomt" (walk until the sun rises) is best ever. Reminds me of Remco

I miss being able to hold him close to me. But I think it will never be thesame. Not since I told him what I feel for him.
