[X] Dentist appointment, one cavity to be filled way in the back.
[X] Dietitian's appointment. I've not been very very good, but better than expected for a first two weeks.
[X] Exercise. I'm up for my 60 minutes of treadmill today.
[ ] Hand-hem Philene's coat. Because of time constraints I had to sew it by machine and I hate how that looks on a curved hem, so I tore it out and am redoing the bias strip that faces the hem by hand. I also have to finish off the raw edges of the lining neatly with bias tape, which brings me to...
[X] Buy bias tape (dark blue) and sewing thread #432 and this light blue thread I need for...
[ ] Finishing my summer coat. Because I was up so early I got to make some good progress. Lining is almost assembled but I made an error in the box pleat in center-back so I had to rip that up. I am unsure if I already have buttons for this.
