Squeeze in tight now!
Oct. 5th, 2010 11:06 pmIt never baffles me how people think my Iota is a large car. Granted, we managed to mash all of our Omen stuff (that usually filled an Opel Astra up to the roof) into this tiny Toyota Aygo with some creative thinking on NoKey's part, but still.
On Charm, nobody wanted a ride. And I offered!
On Aon, the car was quite full with Palanthe's and my stuff, but still two people begged for a ride. Hey, it's worth asking, right?
On Omen, there were two more begging for a ride. Sure you can! But only if you can fit yourself into a 10 x 10 x 10 centimeter cube and you eat your luggage.
And this Moots, where we will have to bring a kitchen along with alllll of our camp stuff, and we have to beg Drahkan to take some of our shit along, there's still someone that asks for a ride. I'll probably have to drive to Tilburg on Thursday to drop off our kitchen stuff just so we can eat on the Moots.
Now, I'm not averse to helping people and I'd love to give people a ride, but the mind, it just boggles!
So here it is for the record: if you're larger than a 10 cm cube, then my car is big enough for two people + larp luggage and you won't fit in it as well. I might, might, might be able to squeeze in an extra person when we're going to an indoor event with few costumes (like Lex or Maerquin), but I'm not making any promises.
PS: eat your luggage.

Naar andere dingen zoals verjaardagen proberen we wel vaak een lift aan te bieden. Iets met het milieu enzo.
