The Castanea sativa might need another week or two, but the Sambucus nigra is ready for picking.

Meanwhile, the tomatoes from the balcony are getting redder every minute, and those that fell off and are ripening indoors are slowly turning moldy. Is this a bad time to tell you I really don't enjoy tomatoes very much?

The pepper has been moved indoors last week as nights are cooling down, and the sun + window treatment is getting them very orange indeed. Pictures to follow when I get around to making them.

There are quite a lot of elderberry trees is the park close to my parents.

Groente en fruit uit eigen tuin/balkon smaken zo veel lekkerder dan die uit de supermarkt.

Ik heb een rode peper geplant en er hangen nu groene pepertjes aan de 3 plantjes die ik over heb gehouden. :D Maar misschien dat die binnenkort ook wel naar binnen moet, anders blijven ze denk ik groen.
