Car Pic, Damage and Exercise

It's parked at the Evenaar for now, where parking is free. I've ordered a parking permit which will allow me to park it in front of the door.
There's still some damage on it. Paulina, the colleague I took Iota over from, said she didn't know about it. There's some four scratches on the back rear bumper. I saw them pretty easily, so they probably need to be fixed. That's something for my vacation to do! Paulina asked for pictures of the damage so that's why I took this picture too. She's already called it into Athlon Car lease herself, so if there's any accounting to be done, it's on her bill.

palanthe and I went to the gym again. The scheme Jeffrey's made for me is really not working out for me, and we ran into Andries from the Body Shake lesson who advised me to do everything half the time Jeffrey would have me do*. Me, I think if I start cycling to Schiedam every day will do more good for my endurance than killing myself on the crosstrainer for 35 minutes.
In any case, I followed Palanthe around the gym last night, and focused on building muscle in chest, triceps and side legs, as well as back and abs. Thursday we'll go back to Body Shake and next time I'll do shoulders, biceps and front/back legs, as well as back and abs. I really need to toughen up my back muscles as it's troubling me more. I already set my chair at work differently, I hope it'll help!
This leaves tonight and tomorrownight blissfully empty. I hope to get some weaving done and maybe make myself a pair of larp pants in green cotton for the Summoning.

*) Jeffrey was also the guy who thought I could do pull-ups of half my body weight. In the end, we took another thirty kilos off of that exercise.

Date: 2010-07-27 07:09 pm (UTC)Passat? It's such a big hunk of a car. My stepfather (also a colleague) recently went for a Skoda Fabia. Same size, but a lot more cheap.
