Almost weekend

janestarzI'm looking forward to the weekend, because work hasn't been much fun this week. The heating has been fixed, but I'm still stuck in a room alone, away from the rest of the team. Combined with a rather half-hearted regression script I'm having trouble finishing, I feel very demotivated right now.
Luckily, I can look forward to the weekend. Quilting and visiting my aunt Chris on Friday, which is a rare treat. Somehow I've received a free ticket for the Gothic and Fantasy fair on Saturday, with an unspoken question of helping out at the Queen Ring stand. As much as I promised myself to not visit the first few fairs, and not be involved in anything merchanty, I find myself apologising to Twi that I can't help out setting up the booth on Friday.
Usually, whenever I have nothing to blog about in particular, something happens during the day that sets me to writing. Let's hope I'll slide into the weekend, feet-first, under a shout of "Aaaaannndd... she's safe!" from the umpire.
