Let no-one say I hold a grudge

An invitation arrived in the mail a few days ago. I wasn't completely convinced yet, though flattered that Diego of all people thought to invite me. The main problem I had wasn't so much that it was an invitation for an event that blew up their last setting quite unexpectedly five years ago. After all, Frankie now roams the Vortex, having more fun there than I ever had at the old setting. My problem was more of the nature that I'd have three events in three weeks.

But since I've still got a load of vacation days standing idly around, I might as well book a week or two off and larp my ass of with a fun concept and friends I've hardly played closely with until now. It will also let me see the fruits of my labour in person from one of my more interesting and inspiring projects of late. It will also require an addional (half-)costume to be made. An ankle-length coat is, it seems, a prerequisite. I can do that.

Let no-one say I hold a grudge. Or at least not for more than five years, anyway.
Do I really need a new character? Yes I do...

We are all very happy to have you with us!
And don't worry we felt the same. I used to be a part of the organisation before they blew up the setting. And it really made me cry that they had to end it like that. After that I said I'd never return. But then all of the old members that used to run it, left. And now it's taken over by someone i do trust. My boyfriend has been there last time and tells me that it's become a different event it only still has the same name. The plot isn't that great, but the people that go there are. So I think we'll have a wonderfull time. Especialy with the concept we came up with.
