Today's best spam came in the snail mail.

"Hiltra is the specialist for storage systems of environmentally unfriendly and (fire) hazardous materials." (like safety-cupboards an toxin racks)

It was adressed to Dolle Griet VOF, the arbo- and environmental specialist. So they probably got our address from the Chamber of Commerce database.
And I know I hate to sew certain fabrics and there's something to be said about polyester but...

...industry type fail?

They don't look at what kind of company you are. Casus Belli gets all kind of these maisl all the time, and we're a game playing association.

Have you ever thought of the hazard to the environment of sewing waste?
Like pieces of linen or....gasp.....wool!
You can't dump wool everywhere you know. Think of nature and the environment. What if it happens to enter a field? With sheep??

I can't imagine all the consequences and risks involved. :-)
Well, actually I can, but never mind.

Good spam indeed. One of the better. :-)

I try to avoid non-natural fabrics because they're hazardous near fire and there's a lot of open fire going on at roleplay events. That's also why I don't like to use rayon -- if that goes up in flames, you're naked within seconds. This spam just makes me think of all those nylons and polyesters I hate to use... perhaps a hazardous chemicals cupboard is just the place to put them in. ;-)

I get a lot of cell lines and enzymes for the lab spam. I guess that's because I work for a university, but the most recent WTF spam mail was an email that told me to file a police report because there's a 9/11 conspiracy, but there was no link to click, no email address to mail to, no attachment to open, no nothing. o_O

Do not underestimate the danger of fabric. They have the tendency to clutter up your room. XD
