Oh wait, it says "your" password. Since I don't have one, I'm not agreeing to that statement when I enter passwords. Since they do explicitly mention what is unauthorized, and this is not it, I am free to assume that what I'm doing is actually authorized.
Therefore hacking this system is legal after all. Good to know! :)

Date: 2009-03-12 03:49 pm (UTC)Just like most EULA's are completely unenforcable (Due to them being forced on you without prior warning after actually buying a product and agreeing to its terms as stated at the time of the transaction). Imho, some people should either learn legalese, or just not try at all.
