I surfed onto YouTube to find the only Amazing Stroopwafels song I like, and saw this video on the Featured List. I love cheese, so I couldn't miss it!

This looks so simple and yummy!

thebatsmeow you have farmers living nearby, right? Oh, fresh milk and buttermilk from the farm...
And I can try it with goat's milk too! Home-made feta, anyone?

Ingredients:
1 quart fresh, local whole milk
1 cup active-culture buttermilk
2 tsp lemon juice or white vinegar, more if needed
3/4 tsp salt, or to taste

Hmmm, just mash in some herbs, garlic, maybe even some very slightly sliced onion and you could make a wonderfull snack for parties. Yum!
