Birthday party - 26!

janestarzWell, the birthday party was a success! The vanL-clan and Ragar, Steelweaver, Twi, my brother and father with his wife and mother with her husband all showed up and sampled my cheesecake which was approved.
Ragar stuck around for dinner and watched some Indiana Jones (IndiAaron Jones) with us. We talked about plans and more Plans. I'm really looking forward to Castlefest already.
A lot of people got me coupons for books and I am completely happy with the cherrywood shuttle Steelweaver gave me! Now I will have something to read again and I can weave a lot tighter too!
NoKey came up to me this morning with a big pink box which held a Compaq HP laptop! W00t! The only downside is that we can't get a refund on the Windoze Vies-ta that's preinstalled, but we're all set to install Ubuntu on it. I've got the cd ready and all...so it will be another fun afternoon filled with awesome geekness.
We just returned from cycling to Bleiswijk to check out the neighbourhood, but I don't think we'll be moving there any time soon....and I think I have sunburn on my shoulders.
