Partay-hartay!

janestarzWell, the party was great! First I picked up Joke, Kim and Lisette from the station, Marjolein came in to light up the party with her …euhm…and Linda also graced us with a visit. Then, we picked up Paul from the station, and even Lieneke and Corine came by.
So when all of the class- and house-mates left, I cooked for Joke, Kim, Lisette, and Paul. (I refuse to discuss the cake and it’s all that dumb oven’s fault it wasn’t ready!) I make chicken-curry with pineapple and tzaziki (cucumbers with loads of garlic and yoghurt).
When Joke, Paul and I were doing the dishes, TommyCee arrived (by car yay!) and later Sander showed up as well. We had loads of fun doing weird guessing games like “TommyCee-magic” , “Chinese counting” “The country of no idea (id)” etc. We were all giggly and irritating, which was fun!
Well, Joke, Paul, and TommyCee had brought great music (like Lais and Muse) and Sander finished off my beer with some small help from Paul and me. When we finally kicked Sander back home and we made our beds, it was 3 am this morning. Lisette was dozing, TommyCee was discussing musical matters with Sander, Joke was staring at something, Paul was staring at something and trying to talk to Kim, who was just waking up again. And then we went to bed.
When we finally woke up…at 9.30, way early! I made us breakfast and coffee (me being the only one having coffee ofcourse…the wimps!) and tea. Then we watched some Acda and the Munnik concert (which was good) on the Dutch Mtv (which sucks). And then we dropped Joke Lisette and Kim off at the train station. Paul, TC and I went on to Wageningen, where there was a festival celebrating freedom. Tonight I’ll be taking Sander (or vice versa) to see Peter Pan Speedrock there. Because I just put on my tape of them and I need to see them again! They’re such a good band!
Well, my list of gifts is really large, thanks to the girls! They’re too sweet, and I’m a spoilt brat! *giggle*
Tomorrow Jan will be coming over and I can’t really wait to see him again. I wonder how I’ll get through the night..*giggle* Even though I’ll probably be exhausted from the bands tonight and the cleaning of the room (my room, that is).

- a pink worm salt-n-pepper set, a mug with nose of a monkey, which will be my official wakingup-coffee-mug from now on, four glass bottles with cinnamon and herbs (from the girls!)
- a tea collection and a candle burner (Yay Paul)
- a Book of Shadows (thank you very much, give it up for Sander!)
- incense with a burner (thank you very much, give it up for TommyCee!)
- an encyclopedia of herbs and a potted plant (thank you, housemates)
