I woke up at half past seven this morning which is way early for me. Especially since I was so tired yesterdaynight.

Friday I went with Roseanne to the studio’s of the LOE (local broadcasting system Ede), which is really around the corner from my house. She showed me around, there was a broadcast in progress. Then we continued to a recording studio on the second floor. In the basement there were loads of old records and cd’s lying around. It smelled damp and old, but there was enough vinyl and old paper to take over in due time.

It was fun being behind a studio table/panel again. I just looooove buttons, and Roseanne (who does a show at the LOE every Thursdaynight) let me experiment and mix two songs in one, for the Mirror play. I think Radio definately is my grub.

Saturday I went with Lieneke from my class to the village. We shopped and giggled. There was a really thight tube top in pink and green and since we were two giggling girls we both decided to try them on. It was really hard to get where it’s supposed to go, and we both didn’t get the zipper closed. And we almost couldn’t get them off anymore. So we giggled and had fun.

Then, that afternoon I bought 2 cd’s (Secret Moments - a dream within a dream with songs like Aischa and artists like Secret Garden, and Bon Jovi - These Days), and some stuff for Queensday…*giggle*…orange!!!

Later, I read my book on wicca. It is a fascinating whole. The idea of having so much respect for the earth is probably unknown to most people. There was some stuff on magic as well, and there are quite some artifacts I could (it isn’t a should, but a could!) use in rituals. Beltane is coming up, a wiccan feast.

So last night at sunset I took my bike and rode around the forest for a while. There are some great places you can sit and just meditate. The vibes of the forest are amazing. I did sit down but I’m not really comfortable on my own in a forest. With every little sound I thought there was a commando-squad or swat team surrounding me. I think it was Sander, who told me that the forest is off-limits after sunset.
It’s really girlish to be so scared, but I had my knife with me, I could grab it if there was a nasty person coming. The biggest problem with this is that I don’t see too well in the dark, especially after sunset everything is a big blur of shadows.

So I had cycled about 5 km, turned around, and went back. I decided to sit next to the path, very near to the railroad tracks. It’s 5 minute walk from the station. I sat there for no more than 15 minutes I’m sure. Then I was creeped, it was night, and all I brought were small candles (no flashlight). So I picked up my bag and knife and returned to my bicycle.
When I got home I saw I had been gone for an hour, I was all refreshed and windy…no rain though. I just sat down, listened to some music and watched some tv before I took a shower and went off to bed.

And woke up at 7.30 this morning. *Evil smirk* Yeah. I could manage to stay in bed for another half hour but I was cold and made myself some tea. Then I ate some bread and made coffee. And I finally finished my book of Stephen King! I had been reading The Shining for ages, and now I finally finished it. The ending is not what I had expected, but it inspired me nonetheless. So I think I’ll be drawing this afternoon, and listening to my Bon Jovi cd ofcourse.

I think I’ll go to school tomorrow to see if there are some computers I can use. Some of them will be closed for maintenance, but I need to check my e-mail and such. Some of you may know what I mean *wink wink*
