I was listening to ‘Therapy?’. Really listening. Lights were low, I was lying on the couch, eyes closed. Focusing on the music.
I let my hands glide into eachother, and I noticed I really felt it. My fingertips, nails, running up and down my hands, palms, arms, and major aerteries.
I tried to feel the energy radiating from my hands, but it was very faint. I could sense that if my fingers were real close, it was colder for them than when they were more apart.
It was a wonderful feeling.
