With Bonebreaker's Bar kicking in the muscle aches, I decided it would be a good time to keep moving. Now that I have started the prancing, pouncing and, above all, sneeaaaaking, I might as well keep it up. It will make starting horsebackriding so much easier.
I had to pick up my photos at the HEMA (black and white, 400 ASA /ISO), buy some thread and ribbon for that corset-top (Burda pattern), and I figured I might as well walk on after that. I changed into short (airy) skirt, loafers, sleeveless t-shirt, and brought half a liter of precooled water.

I walked from here through the Oosterhof, out near the Konmar. Then continued on the Hoofdweg towards the big crossroads of Hoofdweg/Capelseweg and took the bicycle path into the Schollebos/park that is there. Onwards towards the first houses of Capelle, and then underneath the Capelseweg, through the park. I found a nice path next to a healthy stretch of water, the local boezem. The path was littered with smelly warm dog poo, which was a major downer. If there's anything more disgusting than cigarette smoke, it's warm dog poo during a walk.
I ended up on the intersection of Scandinaviepad/Hammerfestweg which is just behind the Evenaar here. I quickly found the supermarket that is there, and then criss-crossed over the Evenaar, by the basketball patch here and back home.

Quite a walk, and I set a brisk pace.
I'm quite sweaty now. I'm sure I will be hurting in more interesting places tomorrow too.

but YAYYY for the exercise. sometimes walking can give you also some peace of mind. so if you're really busy and are stressing. take a half hour walk
(pref. running)

i'm starting to train for a marathon. at least. as soon as the weather gets colder and more rainy. i don't like running/walking during warm periods.

I had a walk like that last week. It was over six kilometers from the city centre back to my place, nice warm weather (much too hot for my liking). Also encounterd the doggypoo problem. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I got home all sweaty, warm and tired, but also very content. Exersise is good, but I'm not making a habit out of walking like this though!
