Preparations

janestarzWell, I'm not completely dressed yet, but already I phoned the center where I take my course and paid for it now that Luc is back from Scotland. I also phoned the pancakehouse I was hoping to eat at tonight, seeing that it is nice weather, and reserved a table for six. The man I spoke to said they had been full last night, and he wrote down my name. Yay!
I'm very much pondering what to wear. I've been waiting for an excuse to wear my corset, though that's not a good idea whenin public eating. It'll probably be the opera skirt. It's too flashy for when you're not the center of attention.
I also realized that I have very few things I can combine in my closet. Mostly I can combine anything I have with regular black, although the regular black isn't very special, so the entire outfit looks less.
I also looked back on what I wrote in 2002, 2003 and 2004 on this day. That was funny. How gigglish I was at 20 still. Watching Dawson's Creek and all. At 21 I just 'yay me'd, while last year I wrote about the troll I had to capture and cook for dinner.
Today, I have to clean house, bake another bunnnnn-t (the last one tastes constipating...and it's quite heavy), go to Matson's, and er... get dressed. Maybe I should do that first. Running into the shopping mall with just pants and a bra is a bad idea.

I have amazingly little black stuff for how much I hate the usual fashion colours. I did buy a lot of red/purple/pinkish stuff a while ago and that more or less seems to match. Mmm, but if I dye my corset and the (9 yards o'fabric) underskirt black, I'll have all the gothy goodness I'll ever need:P
