It's like some of the commenters say: forbidding search engines to link to copyrighted itmes, that would be like forbidding references to books that have copyright on them.
Any website that sells books references to items that have copyright on them. Any article about books references to itmes that have copyright on them.
And then, it seems to me that it's only for the best intrest of commercial websites if search engines link to them.
