This weeks' cloth count

And ladies and gents, g'day to you all, no worries eh? Here's the cloth count for this weeks' market spree. (in brackets is for orders)

• 6 meters green velvet (3 m. for cloak) Eur. 18.--
  
• 3 meters brown velvet Eur. 9.--
  
• 6 meters black velvet last bit of roll so only Eur. 10.--
  
• 15 meters of thick black cotton I ordered at Piet's. Denim-strength whee! Eur. 45.--
  
• (2 meters silver-blue linnen-cotton Eur. 4.--)
  
• 3 meters dark brown polyester Eur. 6.--
  
• 4 meters dark blue lycra-viscose very pettable for moi and only Eur. 8.--
  
• 2 meters blue satin for me, only with an extra meter cause of end of roll only Eur. 2.--
  
• 4 meters black satin for moi only Eur. 8.--

So in total I have a whopping Eur. 110.-- worth of cloth, for 45 meters. It was about 20 kilo's though. All in all, that cost me 2.44 a meter average. Not bad eh? Only for my back ;-)

Not bad at all. I usually spend a lot more on cloth per meter. Up to 15 euro per meter at times. But then, I usually don't buy so much of it.

It all depends on what kind of exclusiveness you want. Black cotton in larp is very very popular, and 3 pleuro per meter is not expensive for this thickness. Hence, I ordered 15 meters of it. He actually brought 20 meters but I didn't want to spend 60 euro all at once.
The market is filled with all kinds of indian and turkish fabrics too, which adds to cheap exclusiveness for these are very exotic and usually < 3 euro per meter.
