janestarzI so have this gorgeous picture of Aragorn and Arwen kissing on my desktop right now. Too bad that 1024x768 totally disappears on this 1600x1200 screen. Luckily this is in English, contrary to the IIIrd part of the movie I downloaded. All subtitles (when they talk elvish) are in Russian. Must brush up on elvish as do not wish to presume...
NoKey is off to his mother's to tinker on a computer and cycle in this gorgeous weather. I have the day, and the house to myself with a pizza eyeing me from the freezer in a hotttt manner. I will work on the costume for Stefan, I can focus and concentrate. Luckily most people are very straightforward with their wishes. I must admit I dispaired when I saw what he wanted to order. But when I broke it down into bitesize chunks, it wasn't all that bad. A blouse. Trousers. A coat. A vest. But where the hell do these trousers open up in 18th century costumes? I think on the side, but I'll have to look that up.
Yesterday we made a banner for the Dolle Griet stand at the Fantasy Fair, and it came out great. I am very happy with the result, and I'm slowly getting more confidence for the whole affair. It's just that I have to finish that last order and then I can leisurely tinker on whatever I feel like for the Fair. Inspiration can rule my sewing again.
