Ready to FLYaaaaaaaiiiiiii
Feb. 14th, 2002 10:54 pmI told my mom I dreamt about Anthony Kiedis (from Red Hot Chili Peppers) and she agreed with me that hes cute and cool and such. So I wonder how my mom knows Tony. Lol. All I dreamt of him was that it wasnt me, it was Anthony Kiedis!
Right. Well, I had already packed my bag today, so I was ready to go to my moms when I woke up (practically. I mean, I still had to shower and dress and have coffee and such. Dont you hate waking up in the train naked?).
Ponderment on Valentines day.
For weeks youve been annoyed by the red hearts everywhere. People are driving you crazy talking about it. And still you secretly hope that youll get a card on Valentines day. Todays society practically makes you believe everyone, including you, has a secret lover somewhere wholl send you a card for sure on valentines day.
Then, the mailman comes and you dont get a card. One: youre kind of bummed you didnt get a card. Two: youre kind of glad you dont have to wonder for ages who could have send you that dreadful heartshaped thing. Three: you remember you didnt like valentine at all and you were absolutely right about not liking valentines day.
And NO! I didnt get a card. So friggin what. I didnt even really want one. Sure I was pondering how nice it could have been to have a secret lover. But I dont. I wouldnt have time for him anyway. (or her you never know)
So when the mailman finally released me from my misery cage, I picked up my bag and went to Rotterdam. I did drop by at my moms work, where I ended up until half past six. We visited Golden Arches etc. I was longing for this moment for so long. I was hoping it would come but it sounded like it would not be today.
So when my mom got a call from her love (shes in love! Wheee! Giggle*) I literally ran upstairs to put it on. I opened the cd-player from her computer and bliss spilled over me.
Im really going to miss this cd. I guess Joan is not into punkrock. I just looooove the Apers!
