An unexpected day off

janestarzYesterday afternoon the power was cut off from the company where NoKey works, completely an error of the electrical company. They didn't cash the money, even when there was an 'incasso' arrangement. So they shut down the company.
Which meant that NoKey didn't have to work this morning! No juice, no 'puters after all.
So when he got home after Greek class last night we lay talking in a warm bedroom. His head in my lap, kanella tea, candles. Romance may have been in the air...and we just enjoyed eachother to the fullest.
This morning he had been awake and gone to the bathroom, so I snuggled up to him and lay sleeping in his arms until we finally got out of bed at ten. Unheard of, for a Friday! But good. Definitely good.
After breakfast and working on various projects, we went out for some bias-ribbon and found a tripod for my cam. And now we're continuing our work on the various projects. NoKey is working on dark blue satin in order to make me a nice set of lingerie. I'm finishing up with a burgundy jeans which will be part of a set I'll wear to mom's wedding (the sequel) and also on the very pettable silver-grey-blueish dress.
Very much looking forward to tomorrow as well. Swimming!
