janestarz | A Saturday Update???

Yes indeed, a Saturday update. I'm in Utrecht with Mr. Finn, we've just browsed the clothmarket and decided to do some posting on my forum and some more random surfing. I was game, ofcourse, the internet addict that I am.

ozjish' tunics is almost done, just the hem needs some work. The other is the simpler one. I've never done such a neckline before and I decided it would be nice to try it. Hey, I had fabric enough to last me a lifetime (okay, not really), and it worked out very nicely indeed. The sleeves (including the little band of gold) are done too. It's gonna be so pretty Oz!

I bought green fleece, about 4 metres of it, and I'm going to build a cloak (what else) with it. With fur-line hood or something fancy. Golden embroidery...I may need to do the inside with 'voering' but I'll have to see about that. Pretty it's going to be, I'm sure. And I bought fake leather for a sword-thing.

Other than that, I didn't do very much. I want a net to camouflage my tent with before next week and Finn and I will ofcourse try to find that in the labyrinths of Utrecht. And then this afternoon I'll check out that room and tonight I'll have that birthday in Deventer.
