Any last words before the weekend?

Listening to the Dire Straits again. I like this cd.

I've actively (very actively) started searching for a room. There's this 3x3 room in Ede where I could call on this very moment, but I know I will never be able to fit all of my shit in a 3x3 room. I did find some other stuff. If anybody hears about a room in Ede or Bennekom, please give me a call.

I've been e-mailing with Coen, and just uploaded his drawing of Anna to My Homepage. I still need to build in some gadgets like css scripts for coloured scrollbars but that will have to wait. I did some refining on links and text but the drawing is the only major alteration.

I'll have to go into town to buy some stuff at the "partij shop" which has a lot of stuff at discount prizes. Like deodorant for 1.50 instead of 5 euro, hairdye and so on. I also have to think about a gift for Mousytail, we (The Dreamwalker, Merrick and some others) will be visiting tomorrow. I also want to work on tunics in general, and those I promised to make for my dear friend ozjish in particular. When I'll be moving to another room I won't have a lot of time...

Next weekend: Shiverz larp. I'll have to figure out how to bring my tent, sleepingbag, mat, my sword and a lot of fleece to Zutphen.
My computer will hopefully be fixed this weekend. I hope so.

I love that song. Especially that line:
now you just say "oh romeo, yeah, you know, I used to have a scene with him"
That always makes me cry somehow.
I once found the sheet music to this song, and I seriously planned on learning to play it. But somehow I never got around to it, the sheet music got lost, and now it's just one of the many songs that I can't play. (I can only play two Dire Straits songs)

Looking up the tabs for this song would be nice, except that the main flow in this song is not caused just by guitar. So, playing it right would mean substituting for some other instruments like synths as well.
That's too hard for me. I can't play any Dire Straits right now, but I love them.

Last night I thought of my Dragon while listening to this song and the line "Juliet when we made love you used to cry / you said I love you like the stars above Ill love you till I die" made me cry...

Yeah, playing a Dire Straits song on jsut guitar, without further instruments would be hard. I often play private investigations, but I play it on piano, not guitar. With the piano, I find it much easier to do several melody lines plus the harmony all at once. On guitar, I usually do only one line at the same time.
