' This is called "Don't Cry" '
Mar. 25th, 2003 03:18 pmBusy in school. Projectweek. It's something to pass the time with. The new project is fun though. A challenge. I've accepted being one of the two directors, together with SuzieQ. We're going to work on decoration and setup of the studio tomorrow, and rehearse working with the camera's, lights and controlroom.
It's hot in here, and outside as well.
I'll be working on that internship now, and then head home. The jacket is calling. Last night I zig-zagged the flames on one of the sleeves and it already looks fucking amazing. Today I hope to work out the rest of the flames. As soon as it's done I must take LOADS of pictures.
I love to work minutiously with those things, measuring, the tough sewing and all.
And: I'm reading David Edding's 'the Diamond Throne'. The book immediatly inspired me, I grew very fond of the main character around page 37 thanks to this quote: "Rendorian murderars are a trifle squemish when the blood splattered all over the cobblestones and smeared on the walls happens to be theirs."
I almost can't lay it aside and I'm already in the last part of the book.
So, I'm off now.

:-)
Date: 2003-03-25 06:42 pm (UTC)Sephrenia rocks too, although she's not nearly as cool as Belgarath (The Wizard from the "Belgarion" series, also by Eddings).
But wait until you meet all Sparhawk's friends. Every single one is a pleasure to read about. Enjoy :-)
