Taking form
Feb. 25th, 2014 09:01 pmWork on the apartment is proceeding apace. The kitchen is completely done now and I'm already loving it. I can't wait to move in.
Which is why, despite some minor paint work that still needs doing and the bathroom installing still to be taking place soon-ish, I am already moving boxes to Eindhoven and I'm officially moving on March first.
That is: on paper.
Actual moving will probably proceed much more gradually, with the final throes (large furniture) taking place rather happenstance, as I can forsee it now. In any case, I've ordered internet (delivery time: 3 weeks) so except for some curtains there's nothing preventing me from shacking up in my living room and washing my hair in the kitchen sink until the bathroom is done. In the mean time, I'm moving boxes and smaller furniture that will fit into my car every time I drop by.
I will provide the new address here when the time is there.
I honestly can't wait to move. I love my new place.
