With the lovely weather in the past few days and the fact that my belly seems to be growing larger every picture I view, I have started taking detours after work.
Tilburg has "Ringbanen" - a faster route for cars, going in a square around the town center. There's one on each side: Ringbaan West, Ringbaan Zuid, etc. My temp job is near the Ringbaan Zuid (South) so yesterday I followed that for a bit and then took a right turn, going South towards Goirle. I returned to the Ringbaan Zuid later on and then took Ringbaan Oost (east) back home, cursing each and every traffic light on the way.
Today I went the other way, crossed the A58 going South and found a lovely lake near Goirle where people were sunbathing. I ended up near the St Elisabeth hospital and quickly found my way back home again.
Maybe tomorrow I'll go through Goirle and Oisterwijk on my way home, because this round can be bigger, I'm sure. I'm sure every bit will help me gain endurance and strength in my legs.
