Tonight we continue on the home improvement. Let's see if I can get a final layer on that ceiling or whether it would like another helping yes please. *sigh*

I made pictures of my quilt-in-progress but I eated it but they were so horribly over-exposed I was ashamed to show them on Flickr.

However, I have no such qualms on Picasa, which I hate to use but due to the horrible, horrible interface is just the place to store these crappy kind of quickly snapped horrors.

Still needs to have the final border attached. Please note how even in the brown leafy fabric the leaves are the right way up all arou...oh never mind you can't see that in this crappy picture anyway...

(Now that I have perfected my 45° angles on borders, I can also finish my mom's quilt! Hurrah!)

G+ Games review

Google+ added games to its social network recently, and I've been sampling the goods (quite intesively for some).

I haven't tried all the games available yet, but I pretty much got the gist of these. One thing they all have in common is that they try to get you to spend your dollars (or euro) on extra's. Zombie lane is very annoying in urging you to buy more energy once you run out, but City of Wonders plays the emotional card on saying "you're missing out!".
And every one of them wants your friends to sign up too, because if you're not spending money, maybe they will...
