Happy New Year everyone. May you make your dreams come true. To quote Warren Ellis:
"This year:
* Become your own fantasy of yourself.
* Be glorious."
(he had a couple more, read them all)
A year after starting the Weightwatchers, I'm steady still between the 90 and 95 kilogrammes. I started out at 106 kg, meaning that I effectively lost 12 kilogrammes of weight. Dead and gone, they are. This is a good sign.
Christmas was a gorge-fest, and the New Year will bring....food. But no gorging, I assume. Still, there is this dreadful temptation to eat lunch at MacDonalds. If I can only find my wallet, I can see that I really don't have the cash to do those kinds of things.
And I want to lose some more weight. Yeah, that too.
Work on the Atelier continues.
