Who'd have thought...
Dec. 13th, 2004 03:49 pmWho'd have thought that I would be where I am now. Who would have thought when I started college in Ede four years ago I'd be dropping out, moving in with a long-haired man, and working on her own business.
I dreamed about being a fashion designer, or a model, or a stewardess when I was just 10 years old. I never dreamed much about being a journalist. I think that if I'd known this was going to be it, and I'd started fashion school, I'd not be here now. I'd probably have dropped out of school then too. School's just not me. I need to do something to learn it.
But now I can honestly say I have a job. It's not all that steady, and sometimes it will be busy after a few months of nothing. But I love it. I like being a 'coupeuse' as they call it. It's not all that hard, and I get paid a nice sum.
I have some nice ideas for Dolle Griet, I'm very happy where I am right now. And I'm very much still in love with NoKey.
