Spend all your money! Yeah!
Aug. 24th, 2004 01:09 pmGoing to the market was good. I visited my favourite clothstand and the man there was cheerful as ever. He had a look at the inside of his van with me, to see whether there was brown cotton for Glimworm's tunic and green cotton for another order, but no budge. I did order 15 meters of thick black cotton with him, for 45 euro, an entire roll. So I have black cotton for a while. Also can do a cloak out of that then.
The regular bit of market (near the library) didn't provide a lot of cloth, I only bought 8.90 meters of white cotton for next years's yuubi, let's see how many we can make out of that.
But then we found a 'street' in the market where there were a lot of other cloth merchants, with some good stuff too! I bought enough fabric for 6 cloaks, in different colours. The guy had fleece for 3 euro's per meter! GOOD quality! Lengthen your cloak by 5-7 inches GAURANTUEED!!!1!!one!!! (listen to me doing teh sp4mm1ng!). So yeah I bought a lot of cloth. Luckily I knew Ragar/Calai was going to empty Strieder where he gets his leather so I'm not alone in this.
Tonight Dolle Griet meeting with Aisha and aforementioned leather-addicted Ragar. Go us.
