Fanta Magic, the fair
Aug. 23rd, 2004 11:15 amSo all in all for earning money Fanta Magic was quite good. Earnings weren't as good as with the Elf Fantasy Fair, but considering the low numbers of visitors, I think it was quite good.
There were some larpers there and I enjoyed butsing them every now and then. They were ofcourse, the biggest source of income. Omnia played twice a day, which was good, but for the rest there was little fun to be had at the fair. The entertainment outside Omnia was almost non-existent, and the diversity in products that were offered was small. Still most items were much cheaper than at the Elf Fantasy stores, and the attitude from the organizers towards standkeepers was better than at the Elf Fantasy Fair. Downside to the "free coffee and tea" at Fanta Magic was that this was only until 10 o'clock. "Hey, when the visitors come in, you're on your own!" But we managed.
I bought some nice pressies for my mom's birthday and had fun, all in all. We made our name a little more well-known out there.
