RIP Gary's
Jul. 8th, 2004 01:01 pmOhno! The unspeakable horror!
Gary's died! It was sold to someone who killed the atmosphere, stashed too many tables in the shop, painted the nice painting over with boring white paint, and fired the nice girl and hired a blonde bitch. In short, Gary's was killed! They still have the yummy bagels but now they don't serve the soupbowls of cappuchino anymore, and everything is more expensive. You pay about Eur 1,50 for an espressocup worth of coffee (being sold under the name of "coffee"). I don't want to know what the espresso costs!
So since Gary's died we need a new serve-us-half-a-litre-of-coffee-in-one-giant-motherfucking-mug-now-please cafe!
Then we went to de Slegte where I sold more old schoolbooks of mine for 50 euro. Then I bought 6 meters of black velvet for 54 euro. Then I bought buttons, more buttons and even more buttons. And then we went to Cheap Fashion, where I picked up some more coat hangers for Dolle Griet.
RIP Gary's!
