#larp: Buffy, Spike & Dru

Oz came into #larp today, and asked me how to play. Well, since NoKey and I were floating around as ghosts by that time, I asked him (on MSN) to perform a ritual to resurrect us. And I sort of coaxed him through the basics of chatting in a Live Roleplay channel.
One thing is sure though, we don't like powerplayers.

Powerplaying is when all you do is a sure hit. It's when you totally ignore the guy that dodges, or that you won't even allow the other to make a move and simply type '/me shoots an arrow at $otherlarper and kills him', for instance.

See, in the following #larp session we just agreed on who was going to play what role, we take our hits. And when Jurjen could not take it that his character was destroyed, he returned as an Uberdemon, which we totally ignored.
What demon? Demon? Is there a demon around? I don't see it. *shrugs*

All in all, this session (played on april 2nd in #larp, on www.lichtsnel.nl), is fun to read for all Buffy fans - and haters.
