For the gamers among us: Comic on weapons.

Tuesday bashing with Pluis and Vincent and Voltar was fun. In preparation to Drachenfest. NoKey supervised everything, and I saw some great improvements. I was also quite proud that I could fend off Pluis and teach Vincent some defense. Still, Voltar has great skill in getting close-by, and I got hit pretty sneaky some times.
Also got a hang of twirling a staff. Now to learn to defend myself with it.

Didn't go to Veenendaal yesterday, mostly because I would hate to miss out on the pommes duchesse. That, and two single tickets are more expensive than one 'retour' is. So I didn't dive back into bed this morning and I'll leave for the train in about twenty minutes. Mmm coffee.

Also, the period kicked in this morning. My tummy hates me, ofcourse, and my uterus is paying me back for all the file system checking of the past month. Yes, being a woman is nice. But PMS sucks more than my period does. Besides, I wouldn't be caught dead with .... never mind that.

I wonder how the girls (Reini and Marlous) are going to react to my statement that I'll be moving out. Well, truth be told, I'm not going to fall for any kind of crap they're going to give me, I'll be damned if I will. No one is going to try to screw me over today! Mess with me and my period and well...hell hath no fury but a woman's period.
Seriously.

Honestly. These people...

I don't get these people. They leave lights on in the living room, even when it's broad daylight. If I didn't switch them off, I think they'd be on 24 hours a day. They had opened the window in my room. They didn't secure it (it's a tumble-window in a part of the roof) so it could have rained on my bed (not to mention the effects the temperature changes and moisture can have on Winston, my Spanish guitar, out here in the open!), besides the security risk. Yes, even here in Veenendaal. There was a window open in the attic and in the downstairs bathroom. But whenever they're home they complain it's so cold in here and they put the heater on 22 degrees celsius.
I just don't get it. *shakes head*
