More work on the websites
Jun. 25th, 2003 12:53 pmWell, yes, as Sabine pointed out yesterday, I'm indeed very busy with the websites. For my band The Tommies the website is still fully in process, and for Sword & Ink it's basically a never-ending story.
Last night when I came home, everyone was already asleep. I sat down, which is a good start, with some Sambucca on the rocks, chips, Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Windows Explorer. But apparantly I wasn't really in the mood. Watched some tube before I went to bed.
I've edited some more photo's (because photo's are good! I love taking pictures and then editing them) for the Tommies website, and made some minor adjustments this morning. Actually changing the pictures for the Tommies website is more work than it would seem.
Too bad WS_FTP didn't work this morning. Or should I say, 100free was too sucky to upload them? I guess that's more honest.
Then after that, I proofread and edited Simon's interview for Sword & Ink. Mr.Finn, don't forget to send me those two tiny facts you still owe me for that article of yours!
I will send every staffmember an e-mail today that I need their stuff ASAP. We publish July 1st! And that's only five more days! That's upcoming Monday! But it will be cool.
I think it is also worth mentioning that my RSI has gotten considerably less of a problem. In the eight weeks of internship I felt it, but it diminished soon after I got another chair. At home my 'workstation', as I tend to call it lovingly, is quite ergonomically correct, and I hardly have any troubles. I still need a small something to put my feet up on, but that will be fixed soon enough.
Seb will arrive around 3.30, and I'll cook some MEAT and salad for him. At six-thirty we take the train to Utrecht. I hope
coen and
paysdoc will attend the meeting as well. Kaas and Malor (Sna) can't make it, sadly, and I haven't received word from or seen Joris online in a week. But there will be many follow-ups I hope.
I am enjoying the fact that my Internet Explorer does, for a change, not crash & burn. But online-time now is expensivo so I'll go offline in a bit.
This was a nice for-old-times-sake long post. Loved writing it. *wink*
