Tuesdaynight after work I took a train to Deventer. City of books and...something - the paper said. Seb was at the station, wearing his suit straight from work. He dropped me at his house where I had tea with Linda - who was working on fluorescent orange jeans - while he did some shopping. Dewi greeted me with loads of cuddles and miauws. Yeah. She likes me.
We ate soup as the ppl from Apeldoorn came over. Simon and Jeroen and Martin. More people came. I don't quite remember what we did but it probably involved Timesplitters or Mario. We also bathed the ferrets; mucho fun. And I believe we played Timesplitters a lot. In the end, Inge came over and Tom as well. It was fun.
Around midnight we started to play some AD&D, which we did until 6 am. By that time the first kids were walking the streets again, heading for the junkyard garage-sale thingy. Don't miss the first daylight when you can shop! Kapitalism teaching it's children. Today is Dag van de Arbeid.
We slept for a few hours, after which we watched some Two Towers during breakfast. At noon or somthing we browsed the market [a.k.a. Junkyard-garagesale] and I found a sweet tiny cauldron (diameter 3 cm, less then 2 inches) and a goblet of messing. Heavy. Also bought a ring (serpent-like with Amathyst head) in one of the shops that was open.
The weather got worse, so we found an open supermarket, bought two crates of beer (sadly it was Grolsch beugel) and went back to Seb's to play more Mario Smash brothers and Munchkin and we just hung.
We ate french fries, and watched Swordfish (John Travolta rocks when he's evilll) and after the movie I cought the 21.15 train home.
I was so tired, but still watched some Seven Years in Tibet.
I just found out I left my floppy with the report on the Fantasy Fair at Seb's! I'm SO FUCKING PISSED OFF AT MYSELF! I hope Seb can have someone mail it to me. Deadlines are so much more choking you when you lose an article.
I'll type out the AD&D adventure later, right now I have to pretend to do something. Six weeks and two days to go. *sigh*
EDIT: ( AD&D )
