Omigod is one of the words that comes to mind when I rethink Moonblade IV. Others are: intriguing, amazing and dazzling.
A note: Some terms may be used in this entry that are unknown to you:
IC In Character. If someone is IC, they are their character, a monster but not who they are in their normal lives.
OC Out of Character. Then someone is who they normally are.
Casting of Spells Some monsters or rolls or even objects come with magic. If you play a monster with magic, you can point to a character and recite the spell. If an object has magic, the one you cast your spell on must be touched by the object. I will explain what a spell does in this entry.
Handsignals There are some handsignals used in Moonblade. Whole hand up means you’re OC and NOT THERE for people that are IC. Two fingers up means you Hide in Shadows. You can not be seen unless you’re standing in the middle of an open space, or someone is standing right next to you. You can still be heard and smelled. One finger up means invisible, but you can still be heard and smelled. These handsignals must be clear for everyone and if you are IC you must react to them. Larp is about playing, not about winning.
