I massaged Johnny, and he massaged me. We spent an entire evening together and the oil, I think, has passed the first test. Maybe I should take some home to my mother tonight…

Creation

As I was in lecture, I realised there must have been a reason why I woke up so early, why I am feeling so good.
I was reading in the book "Meditation and Dreamwork" By Tara Ward, it suddenly became clearer. The book is more initiated than I am in the spiritual and energetic realm. I read a passage about letting go of your worries, 'cleansing'

I think that too has happened. Yesterday was about total relaxation and I find that the entire experience including touvh, contact and warmth has been a total energy boost for me. I feel rejuvenated, recharged and liberated.
