Born free again
Aug. 13th, 2002 05:15 pmSo, after a weird sleep: hot, weird noises, and a continuing bathroomurge around 4 am, I moved boxes to the bedroom after cleaning it. I also cleansed the ouside wood at the front of the house. Only 1 window and a door, and still I needed 4 fresh buckets of water. Sand and cobwebs ruled. I did the window 4 times to get it stripeless.
I went into town and heathenweek, ow sorry, heatherweek had started. I bought a ring (soaring eagle) and an amathyst bracelet for only 5 euro. Then I went to see Merrick for her birthday. We had a lovely time sitting in the garden.
I've taken my first shower here. I never thought of it, but logically after a row of 'lasts' comes a row of 'firsts' I was badly in need of a shower and being able to brush my fresh and soft hear was delish.
TC sent me and sms that she was on her way and I'm expecting to see her any minute now. I haven't unpacked any boxes since yesterday but moved some stuff around. That may not have been the wisest thing to do, because I just realised I could easily have done the ceiling in the bedroom today. I'm blond by nature, remember?
Actually I'm kind of bored. Not much to do, because my life has been packed in boxes and I can't go to my old place to descrew the closet because TC hasn't got her set of keys yet. Loads to do, but can't do them now.
