Lollipop! Lalalaalaalaaalollipop!
Nov. 27th, 2002 03:14 pmThis morning I woke up with a shock at 10.30. I thought I was way too late for my pre-portfolio talk (which was at 11.30 thank the light!), and quickly got ready for school. I drank a mug of coffee in the blissful sun that shines through the window in the morning. Then I walked to school reading the Newsweek. A girl's gotta read something right?
The portfolio talk went okay. Maarten (my mentor) doesn't dig as deep as Piet (pronounce as Pete), but he still thought I needed a psychologist. When I left, I laughed out loud because of that remark. If you're weird and you know it clap your hands!
*Clap*
Right. So then I ate brunch with classmates of mine, The Terrible Christians: Marleen and Krista. Trying to have patience with them is hard but I managed. We went to class (conference hour..sigh) and I hugged Tjerk, who noticed I had changed. I felt happy inside (with all the stuff of last night and the funny things my mentor said to me), and he must have felt it.
So now I'm printing interviews and updating my journal because I promised Tommy and I had to. In a sec I'll get cracking on stuff for school and stuff for Woodworks. Busy girl needs to be busy to stay in school and have a holiday this summer (in stead of making up for those old assignments that I didn't finish now).
