Changing the diet
Sep. 13th, 2020 11:36 amThe unofficial plan is getting more and more official. Today will be the last day I'm drinking coffee, eating cheese and pork and bacon and cheese-onion crisps and everything. Tomorrow starts the detoxing.
I've been eating half the cheese we have in house, we had kale mash with bacon and sausage, I had leverworst and everything and drank as much coffee as I usually do; and I think I may have additional redness in the face. This may be confirmation bias, there's really no way to measure this except well, eliminating it from the diet completely and seeing if it makes a difference.
I still have to dive into the caffeine conundrum; everything I read from official websites to friend's comments say tea and coffee both have caffeine. It may be called differently and the dosage may vary, but it's still caffeine. I don't know if I can live without tea completely. Coffee I can do, and yes, it will suck almost as much as not eating cheese. But I am curious if I can ever get back to my 2005 face. Well, I'm 15 years older, of course, but you know.
I can always add tea back into my diet if I feel up to it, but see what the difference is if I just drink water.
I'd love to hear your feedback on Face Comparison Shots. Monday Morning Mugshots, maybe?
