Gauge shift
Jan. 15th, 2019 08:40 amMy sleeves are done, done, done and now I'm moving onto the back panel between the sleeves. As I was snapping a picture for my aunt to show her what I was working on, I noticed that with the new, spiffy carbon needle tips my gauge had changed somewhat. The sleeve is tighter on the left side, and wider on the right side. It should just be a long striped tube without any stitches increased or decreased.

Considering the amount of work I've done on these sleeves in the past two weeks, I'm NOT frogging back.
I'm a little worried about the back width, the thing I'm knitting next. If it's too loose, the sleeves will be too long, and if it's too tight, the sleeves will be too short. But I guess the only way to find out is just keep going and fit often!
