Waving goodbye, cleaning up

janestarzWe waved goodbye to Kass and Bob last night. I was happy enough to cook for them two nights in a row. Bob gobbled up the boerenkool I made within seconds, while Kass really loved last night's hutspot. They were both very happy to be fed :-)
With sauntering around town, visiting the Philips museum and taking a stroll around the Klotputten spread out over two days, we were all beat and dead tired! They will be going to Schiphol tonight, to catch a very early flight home somewhere during the night.
Eisirt and I are getting used to the idea of having a holiday. No obligations, sleeping in, having two rounds of coffee and nowhere to be is a wonderful thing. We're doing some household chores, like folding laundry and putting things back in order (plaids back on the couch for the cats, etc.) but taking it slow for now. It's perfect. :-)
