Instagramming it

janestarzAfter seeing some beautiful pictures roll onto my screen I decided to sign up for Instagram. If I sit next to Sigunne while she's making a green coat and I hardly even recognise the coat but think "Wow, that looks AMAZING" -- Instagram is definitely doing something right. Also, Sigunne is doing even MORE right because the green coat is becoming really pretty.
The light in the atelier is troublesome and we're mixing TL-light with natural (north-western) light and then sometimes adding a flash to try and capture what we do. The filters on Instagram make photography a lot easier. I snapped this pretty thing when I was finishing up today's work: a denim waistcoat with contrast stitching:
