I up…no, really! See, my eyes are open!!
Oct. 14th, 2002 08:55 amDamn it’s early. Work was okay last night. Because I had to start so early I was quite tired at nine pm. I had a group of seven people who were good fun and tipped me 15 pleuro! They left around seven or seven-thirty. And I also had a group of twelve who didn’t interact much, didn’t drink much and were cosy as a mouse. Really had little work to do with them. The rest of the Gonzies were busy with the group of 57, and I helped them out a bit and did a lot of dishes (glasses…they’re cool) for Erik.
Ah news. Will be back in a sec.
Back. Well, gotta watch the news. Gotta try and become a good journalist. *laughs out loud*
Ah yes, there I was. Around nine the last guests left, mine, and tipped us seven pleuro. Then we really hurridly cleaned everything. I scrubbed another 12 barbecues and tables (which makes a smashing total of 30 barbecues and 31 tables I cleaned this weekend). When everything was clean, we as the staff, started barbecueing ourselves.
That’s not something that happens a lot, really, but Miel had been asking for it for a few weeks now and nobody really minded [free food, duh!] and I was like: who needs sleep? So I had some spareribs and some turkey and some speklapjes and some potatosalad and some bread. And then it was midnight as we left there. We cleared the table but the dishes are still there (goody goody for Emile who will be cleaning ‘steelspunge’ today.
So that was my interesting night. I was thinking about writing something useful in here as well but I honestly can’t remember.
I’m going to drink my coffee while watching rather stupid musicvideo’s of stupid overpretentious rappers on a stupid music channel like Mtv or Tmf. (I used to like Mtv but ever since it’s gone Dutch it sucks.) After that I’ll go to the village and see if I can arrange the coating for my new cloak. Then I’ll be in school to gain more members for Mirror. Big day ahead. Now just to…wake up!
