Birthday again!

My two dear girlfriends who were on holiday (or had their own celebration) when I wanted to celebrate my birthday dropped by last night for some good Hobbit pampering. First they spoiled me with gifts, then I stuffed them full with lovely food!

I'd been preparing the Greek beef dish since that afternoon, and it'd been in the oven since five-ish. By the time we had tea and were ready to sit down around seven, everything was done. My assistant-supercook Eisirt made fried Greek potato-courgette with oregano.


I love cooking for people who love food!

We had a great time munching and talking and drinking tea, and it was wonderful to have the girls over for dinner. I always love visiting them and enjoying the recipes they create, and now I got to spoil them in return.
