Out of the loop (yet again)

janestarzNot going to larps has once again kicked me in the ass because how dare I organise a housewarming party on the date of Maerquin?!
So far I've invited 20+ people (it's a stretch) and only two have confirmed they were coming. Or at least, I assume![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
dolphirl will be taking Nexxus along as well. Kudos for dropping by after a hard weekend of larp!
Everyone will get a second chance soon enough as my birthday is coming up and I will be sending out invitations (probably to the same group of people) soon for the celebration. I guess it could be called the "last chance" housewarming party, but I'd rather emphasise having survived the past year than point out my obvious planning problems.
Also: I will not have a Sunday off until June. Luckily the weekend also consists of Mondays (in my case) and people tend to be at work then so they cannot claim my time.
In other news, I picked up the final boxes that were stored at my mom's place, so I now have everything I own under one roof again -- except for things I lent to people. But that's another rant in the making.
